Spinning vs Static ( non-spinning ) stripper poles

I could easily use this video for demonstration purposes for a number of blogs. Of interest, this is a 62 year old pole champion. I’m so glad to know I can age in this profession. 🙂 Once you are duly impressed by her skills and filled with hope that you have time to become the pole champion you have dreamed of becoming, then notice this video also shows her performing first on a static then on a spinning pole for those of you who email with me with questions about the two. If you want a pole that does both I suggest the pole I have at home which is the XPole because if can be used as...

Posted by on Mar 1, 2012 in Bachelorette Party, pole dance lessons, Stripper Poles | Comments Off on How to have a cheap DIY Bachelorette Party

After teaching pole dance for the past seven years I have seen “yay” and “fail” (and oh, so fail…) bachelorette party ideas. In this post I would like to focus on some ways to save money on your party night and weekend. Ask the bachelorette what her “must haves” are. It’s her party, after all. Carmen Electra Spinning Pole Measurements

Posted by on Aug 10, 2011 in Stripper Poles | Comments Off on Carmen Electra Spinning Pole Measurements

I have had quite a few questions on the Carmen Electra spinning pole. The measurements for it are  50mm (1.96”) chrome steel pole and Extendable top section – for use on ceilings ranging from 7’2” to 8’6” in height. I suggest at least 3 feet on wither side of the pole for enough room to spin and move.  This pole is removable,  portable, and easy to set up and take down. This pole is an excellent pole to get yourself into the pole market. On a spinning pole you will look good right away as you build up strength. Click...

The Carmen Electra pole was one of the first at home stripper poles on the market.  As such, when spinning poles became popular I was not surprised to see Carmen come out with an at home SPINNING dance pole.  This is a great pole to learn on because having a spinning stripper pole helps you look elegant and like you know what you are doing from the beginning. Click Here to order this pole. Here are the specs~ The Carmen Electra Spinning Pole pivots on bearings at either end which gives you not only greater spinning speed but also the ability to do more advanced pole-dancing moves.
