X Pole Information

Posted By poledancer on Oct 7, 2011 |

I have had quite a few poles at home and currently in my spare room I have the x pole. This pole is also my “carry” pole, the pole I use at private parties or to take to friends houses for practice or to mess around 🙂

If you are looking to be really serious about your pole investment, this pole is the choice of both pole instructors and students. While its not the cheapest option, it is the most versatile.

Here is some basic info~

Articulating base – easy to set up on uneven floor
Static or spinning – uses 6 ball bearings, two hidden screws to lock/unlock Double width pole support dome – covers 2 ceiling joists
50mm (1.96″) Chromed Steel – as used by the professionals Angular stability lock – helps stabilise your X-Pole
Expandable height – from 2235mm (7′ 4″) to 2745mm (9′) straight from the box DVD included – together with comprehensive pictorial assembly instructions
Screw together joints – for maximum strength, stability and smoothness Multi functionality – with optional parts, use as a table or plasma screen mount

No ceiling fixings required

Easy to use height adjuster – complete with cover

All x poles are fully portable. Once you have taken your measurements it only takes 20 minutes to setup.

The poles can be static or spinning. If you are making an “investment” this is a must have. You will find  the versatility is essential when switching from beginner to advanced moves. You can purchase extenders for up to 11 feet.
The x pole has been tested at up to 250 pounds.

X-pole also features a freestanding stage that does not need a ceiling. If you are looking for a high volume professional stage for a club or a dance studio this is a great choice.
